Objectivist Summer Conference 2017

June 10-15, 2017

Pittsburgh, PA

Every year, the Ayn Rand Institute hosts an Objectivist Summer Conference (OCON) dedicated to the study and discussion of Ayn Rand’s philosophy, Objectivism. Taking place in a different major city in the U.S. each summer, OCON is an exciting opportunity for you to learn about Objectivism and its applications.

This summer, OCON will take place in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, from June 10-15, 2017 at the Sheraton Pittsburgh Hotel at Station Square. Travel scholarships and special hotel rates are available to help with the cost of attendance for qualifying students. Apply for student scholarships here!

Registration for OCON 2017 is now open! Here is the link to the conference page, just click “Register” at the top to begin the registration process. Keep checking back for updates and further information, and we also encourage you to check out a summary of OCON 2016 on our website here!

At the conference, you’ll attend talks and panels by leading experts, connect with like-minded individuals and professionals in the growing Objectivist community, and enjoy staying at a vibrant location in the city. Regardless of your level of familiarity with Objectivism, OCON will provide a rich and enlightening experience for anyone interested in Ayn Rand’s ideas.
